How do I know I have the right size?
The size is right if the bra stays in place, you do not need to adjust it during the day, and the lower edge does not ride up. If the bra feels loose or the cups wrinkle, it is too large.
I ordered the wrong size. What should I do?
Email us at [email protected] and we will help exchange it. You can also return an unworn item within 14 days.
Is it suitable for a larger bust?
Yes, if your bust and underbust measurements are in suitable proportion. Customers wearing sizes up to 3XL report good support. If you have a very full bust and a narrow underbust, the side support may be insufficient; please contact us before ordering.
Will it show under white clothes?
The beige Jelly Bra is the least noticeable under white clothing. The white version works under light clothing, and the black version under dark clothing.
How should I wash it?
Hand wash the bra in lukewarm water with similar colours. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron the bra. Hang it to dry.
Will it stretch out in the wash?
No. The fabric is 55% nylon and 45% spandex and returns to shape after stretching. Tumble drying shortens the bra’s lifespan, so avoid it.
Can I wear Jelly Bra for sports?
It is suitable for light activity. It is not intended for running or workouts that require firm support.
What is the difference between Jelly Bra and Jelly Bra WAVE?
WAVE offers slightly firmer support because its scalloped upper edge covers a little more of the bust. WAVE has an adjustable 3 × 4 hook closure at the back; CLASSIC has a 4 × 2 hook closure.
