When an insect bites or stings, it injects proteins from its saliva or venom into the skin, triggering immediate itching, swelling, and pain. The Nordenbeauty Bite Healer applies concentrated heat to the bite site for a few seconds, acting on those proteins and helping to reduce the subsequent reaction.

Does heat actually work?
Yes. This is not a new gimmick, but a well-established physical principle (local hyperthermia) used in insect bite relievers sold in European pharmacies. Short-term, precisely dosed heat can alter the proteins in insect saliva or venom that trigger itching and swelling. As their irritating effect diminishes, itching and swelling begin to subside.
This is why the Bite Healer works without active ingredients or chemicals — using only controlled heat.

1. Remove the cap. Pull it straight off (do not twist).
2. Connect. Plug the device into a phone’s charging port (USB-C) or the included power bank.
3. Apply. Press the ceramic heat plate gently against the bite or sting site.
4. Hold. Keep the plate on the bite until the heat becomes clearly noticeable, approximately 6–12 seconds.
5. Remove. Disconnect the device after use.

Repeated use: If necessary, treat the same spot again after a 10-minute break, or move immediately to another bite elsewhere. Do not treat the same spot more than 5 times per hour.

NB! Depending on skin sensitivity, the heat may feel intense and leave slight redness. If it feels too hot, stop the treatment.
