Warranty and Returns
The warranty and return procedures prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply to goods purchased from the Nordenbeauty.ee online store. Purchased goods are subject to a 14-day right of return starting from the receipt of the goods.
The customer must notify [us] of their wish to return items within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email regarding the return request to info@nordenbeauty.com and including the following in the email:

First and last name of the orderer

Order number

Name of the item(s) being returned

In the case of an exchange, the name of the new item
The Seller shall refund the cost of the returned Product(s), including delivery costs paid by the Customer, to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application. The Customer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days of sending the withdrawal application. The online store may refuse to process refunds until it has received the returned product(s) or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first. The Product being returned must not be used, damaged, soiled, or show other signs of use. The Product must be complete (including product packaging and all items contained within the product packaging – manual, certificate, etc.).
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.
Money for returned goods will be refunded to the Customer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the delivery costs will also be refunded.
The Customer has the option to contact the Consumer Disputes Commission of the Consumer Protection Board, which is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract if the cost of the goods in dispute exceeds €20 (review of the complaint by the Commission is free of charge).
