Returns & Refunds

 

Products purchased from nordenbeauty.com are subject to the return and warranty policies outlined in the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt.

 

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email support@nordenbeauty.com with your order number and full name.

 

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• For hygienic reasons, used or tested infrared sauna blankets are non-returnable, except in cases where the item is defective or faulty.
• Please review the contraindications on the product page before purchasing to ensure suitability.

 

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer covers return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is a faulty product or an incorrect item sent by us.

 

Refund Process

• A refund will be issued immediately after the returned item is received and inspected, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return request.
• In addition to the product cost, we will also refund the original shipping costs, if applicable.

 

Consumer Rights

If a dispute arises, the customer has the right to escalate the matter to the Consumer Protection Board’s Dispute Committee for resolution. This applies to disputes where the product value exceeds €20, and submitting a complaint is free of charge.
