Warranty
- The warranty provider Norden Vision OÜ (Registration No. 14173557) grants a sales warranty for the product under these terms and conditions.
- The term “consumer” in these conditions refers to a natural person who purchases the product for personal use and not for independent economic or professional activities.
- If a material, design, or assembly defect occurs during the warranty period, the warranty provider will arrange for the free repair of the product.
- If the repair is unsuccessful or is deemed economically unfeasible by the warranty provider, the product will be replaced free of charge.
- If repair is unsuccessful and replacement is impossible (e.g., the product is no longer manufactured), the warranty provider will refund the purchase price of the product.
- The warranty does not apply if:
- The product’s serial number is missing or unidentifiable.
- The damage results from misuse.
- The damage is due to natural wear and tear.
- The damage is caused by external environmental factors (e.g., excessive moisture, heat, or other conditions).
- The damage results from an accident (e.g., a fall).
- The damage is caused by failure to follow instructions in the user manual or other product-related documentation.
- The product requires periodic maintenance, as specified in the manual, and the buyer has failed to bring it to an authorized service provider in time.
- The warranty expires when:
- The warranty period ends.
- The product’s serial number is removed or altered.
- The product is repaired or modified by an unauthorized party.
- If a material, design, or assembly defect is found during the warranty period, the buyer is entitled to send the product for repair via courier or parcel machine to Sikupilli Prisma. For assistance, please contact +372 5552 9574.
- The buyer must provide proof of purchase (such as an invoice or a warranty document) upon request by the service center.
- The warranty provider will repair the product free of charge within a reasonable time, not exceeding 60 days. Once repaired, the buyer will be informed via phone or email. The repaired product can be collected from the same service center where it was submitted. If the buyer prefers courier delivery or parcel machine, the shipping cost will be charged separately.
- If repair is unsuccessful or deemed economically unfeasible, the buyer will be informed via phone or email along with the earliest date for picking up the replacement product. The buyer can collect the replacement product from the original service location.
- If repair is unsuccessful and replacement is not possible, and the warranty provider decides to refund the purchase price, the buyer will be informed via phone or email. The buyer must then provide their bank account details, and the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the account information. Refunds to a third-party account require a written request from the buyer.
- The warranty provider does not cover transportation costs incurred by the buyer for returning the product. Additionally, the warranty provider does not compensate for lost usage time or any damages resulting from the product being non-functional during repair. Under no circumstances is the provider responsible for loss of profit.
- In addition to warranty rights, consumers have all legal rights provided under applicable laws.
