Terms and Conditions

1. General Principles
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) of the online store www.nordenbeauty.com, owned by Norden Vision OÜ, registration number 14173557, located at Katusepapi 6, Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as “Nordenbeauty”).
1.2. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, relations between the Customer and Nordenbeauty are regulated by the laws of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, government regulations, established best practices, and common sense.
1.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with the applicable laws of Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania, the respective national law shall prevail.
1.4. Nordenbeauty reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions due to legislative or business environment changes. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the website. If an order was placed before the changes took effect, the terms valid at the time of order placement shall apply, unless otherwise required by law.
1.5. By placing an order in the online store www.nordenbeauty.com, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information and Prices
2.1. The prices of products sold in the Nordenbeauty online store are listed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
2.2. Product prices do not include delivery charges. The delivery cost depends on the method chosen by the Customer.
2.3. Nordenbeauty reserves the right to adjust product prices based on supplier pricing changes.
2.4. If a Customer places an order before a price change, the price stated in the order confirmation applies.
2.5. Each product page contains additional information about the product. Customers should review this information to ensure suitability before purchasing.

3. Shopping Cart and Order Placement
3.1. The Customer’s shopping cart is created when they click the “Add to Cart” button.
3.2. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not obligate the Customer to purchase it.
3.3. The Customer can modify product quantities in the shopping cart or remove items before confirming the order.
3.4. Products in the shopping cart are available to other Customers until the order is confirmed.
3.5. The Customer selects the preferred delivery method and verifies their information before finalizing the order.
3.6. A purchase agreement between the Customer and Nordenbeauty is deemed concluded when the Customer confirms the order by clicking “Confirm Order”.
3.7. After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation via email.
3.8. If the order confirmation is not received within one hour, the Customer should contact Nordenbeauty’s customer service at info@nordenbeauty.com.

4. Payment for Ordered Products
4.1. Payments can be made securely through online banking links provided by Montonio Finance UAB or by credit card via Stripe Inc. Payments are processed in euros (€).
4.2. After completing the purchase, an order confirmation and invoice are sent to the Customer’s email.
4.3. If the Customer chooses to pay via bank transfer instead of instant payment, they must complete the payment within 24 hours. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
4.4. Payments are processed in a secure environment. Nordenbeauty does not have access to Customer banking or credit card details.

5. Delivery of Products
5.1. Products are shipped after payment is received. Deliveries within Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania typically take 3-5 business days.
5.2. Customers can choose from the following delivery options:
SmartPost/Omniva parcel machines in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Courier delivery where available.
5.3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. If a product does not meet the Customer’s expectations, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
6.2. The Customer must notify Nordenbeauty of their return request within 14 days via email at info@nordenbeauty.com.
6.3. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, used/tested infrared sauna blankets cannot be returned unless they are defective.
6.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective items.
6.5. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return request and include the original shipping cost if applicable.
6.6. Customers may contact consumer protection agencies in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania for dispute resolution if necessary.

7. Liability and Force Majeure
7.1. Nordenbeauty is liable for any damage caused to the Customer due to violations of these Terms and Conditions, within the limits established by applicable law.
7.2. The Customer is responsible for damages caused to Nordenbeauty due to breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3. Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events beyond their control.
7.4. Nordenbeauty does not compensate for moral damages resulting from order delays, price changes, or other conditions within the framework of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Privacy Policy and Data Security
8.1. Nordenbeauty collects Customer personal data during account registration and order placement.
8.2. The collected data (name, email, phone number, and address) is stored securely and used only for fulfilling orders.
8.3. Nordenbeauty does not share Customer data with third parties, except for logistics partners required for order delivery.
8.4. Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data by contacting Nordenbeauty.
8.5. Payment transactions are encrypted, and Nordenbeauty does not store banking details.

9. Use of Cookies
9.1. Nordenbeauty.com uses cookies to enhance user experience and collect analytics data.
9.2. Customers can disable cookies in their browser settings, but this may affect the website’s functionality.
9.3. Google Analytics is used to analyze site visits, but no personal data is shared with Google.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1. Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to escalate the case to the consumer protection authorities of Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
